Trastelis Group welcomes the new season with a new member; "Fuga" Restaurant located in the viscinity of Megaron Mousikis. "Fuga" represents the new gastronomic destination in town, with the signature of Andrea Berton (two Michelin stars awarded chef) from "Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala" in Milan.
It was something that was missing from Athens, a point with cultural perspective that would be open and accessible all day long.
Fuga is accessible though a separate entrance from Kokkali 1, or through an elevator that leads you directly from the parking space.
Fuga's interior is cosy and intimate. The modern design with arty lines and minimal decoration with the signature of Aggelos Agelopoulos, create a New Yorkish cosmopolitan atmosphere forming a yunique and impressive space. The elevated point of view and the extensive windows offer a breathtaking perspective of the Athenian centre.
A long established foreign trend of ellegant restaurants operating in parallel but independently of artistic events becomes reality in Athens with Fuga, that is established in the viscinity of Megaron Musikis
Fuga's philosophy is based on a retrospective towards simplicity, with beloved italian and mediteranean tastes and emphasis on raw material quality.
Fuga's Consultant Chef Andrea Berton, rewarded with two stars Michelin for his cuisine in the "Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala" in Milan, experiments with simple bases, tested methods combined with intriguing twists, in order to create authentic and comprehensible dishes that are recorded immediately in the memory as unique but always revealing their italian and Mediterranean origins. As the chef oftenly states: “For me it is very important to make dishes that help the customer to immediately understand what they are made off; Straitforward, comprehensible tastes."
Similar approach regarding Taste Simplicity has been adopted by Fuga's Resident Chef, Pantaleo de Pinto who has collaborated with Andrea Berton in thew past, while his last work was intwo Michelin Stars "Atelier de Joel Robuchon" in Paris
